Q. Why do I need Pre-engineering?
A. To really understand your challenge we first conduct a Pre-engineering study to truly understand your situation and production process. By diving deep, we prevent making mistakes and ensure first-time-right designs and implementation.
Q. Why do I need a Tailor-made solution, will a standard product not be enough?
A. Every manufacturing site and process is different, with each having its own emission characteristics. In some cases a standard solutions will suffice. When facing larger, more complex processes, we believe a tailored extraction system will always outperform standard equipment over time.
Q. What are Point Cloud scans?
A. Point cloud scans are visual presentations of a factory’s’ insides. We use this to safe time and prevent clashes during system implementation.
Q. Does JOA also build its own filters?
A. JOA advice, designs and builds industrial emission solutions. Part of these solutions are dust filters. For particular cases we designed our own filters. In other cases we carefully select and integrate filters from preferred partners.
Q. Does JOA work with existing equipment?
A. JOA can integrate into and design on top of existing systems. A Pre-Engineering Study will explain what is the best way forward and when replacing existing systems is more beneficial to updating the installed base.
