As Sales Engineer, you are the crucial link between JOA Air Solutions and its appealing clients. With your technical background, a good dose of enthusiasm and commercial talent, you are the perfect person to bring together client demand and JOA’s sustainable, patented and tailor-made cutting edge solutions for emission control and energy efficiency.

By truly understanding the clients’ requirements, you are able to provide the best possible service, resulting in fluent production processes, energy efficiency, sustainability and clean air. This position is meant for a starter or someone with a few years of experience.

Our Sales Engineers works closely together with operations and marketing. In this role, you will follow up on requests from existing clients or new leads. Due to your personal approach and curiosity, you are able to identify bottlenecks and present back opportunities that make a real impact on the performance of production processes.

You will become part of a team of experienced Sales Engineers that will groom you into an independent professional. Because of the current importance of Emission Legislation, Energy Consumption and Resource Efficiency, we are very busy in providing solutions for our growing client base. This is also the reason we are looking to expand our team.

Preferred Education & Skills

  • Bachelor/Master Degree (0-5 years of experience)
  • Background in (technical) business administration, mechanical / chemical / process engineering
  • Some experience in industrial consultancy or commercial roles
  • Decent communication skills in English and preferably Dutch
  • Solution driven mindset, ‘Can do’ mentality
  • Flexible, Supportive, Curious and Thorough
  • Drivers license and willingness to travel globally on occasion for commissioning or troubleshooting
