Field Engineer (Emission Control & Heat Recovery)

Become the crucial link between reducing industrial emissions and large manufacturers

With your hands-on mindset, engineering background and client focus, you bring service, performance improvement and smart advice together at industrial sites across the Netherlands and Europe. You like being on the road, but you also value preparation and teamwork from our Delft home base.

You will work on JOA installations such as Dust Collection Systems, Wet Scrubbers, Vapor Extraction Systems and Heat Recovery solutions (Heat Pumps / Heat Exchangers). On site you combine practical work with measurements and technical insight, and you translate what you see into clear reporting and improvement proposals that add value for the client.

OUR CULTURE

JOA designs and delivers sustainable Emission Control and Heat Recovery solutions for leading industrial manufacturers (e.g. Nestlé, FrieslandCampina, Cargill, KraftHeinz, J&J, DSMFirmenich and many more). We are a specialist engineering and project organisation with patented technology and a strong team culture.

We love solving complex challenges and turning technical performance into measurable impact for our clients. We innovate Air and Energy, that is what JOA is all about.
